Can I use my annual at all three gyms? +
Yes. Your annual works at Factory, Boulders, and Niche — climb at whichever location fits your schedule.
When does my annual start? +
Your annual starts the day you sign up and runs for a full 12 months from that date.
What if I'm already a monthly member? +
Reach out to the front desk at your home gym and we'll switch you over. You won't be double-billed.
Is there a payment plan? +
No — the off-season rate is for pay-in-full annuals only. That's how we're able to offer 20% off.
What about family or partner add-ons? +
Yes — secondary household members can be added for $470.40 for the year.
Can I freeze my annual if I get injured or travel? +
Yes — annual members can request a freeze. Talk to your home gym's front desk.
What's the refund policy? +
Annual memberships are non-refundable, but freezes are available for injury or extended travel.
