24-Hour Access Is Coming — Starting March 1st (Niche Only)
Be part of the first-ever trial group.

We’ve heard tons of excitement about 24-hour access, so we’re launching a six-month trial starting March 1st.
This trial group will help us test the systems, dial in the experience, and decide how (and where) we roll out 24/7 access long-term.

This is an Add on to your existing membership

There are two ways to join the early group:

Annual (+$385)
Monthly EFT (+$35)

What’s Included

  • Full 24-hour access to NICHE climbing

  • Required 24-Hour Orientation session

  • Access monitored via cameras on 15-minute intervals for safety with mobile panic buttons

  • Fob or code for access delivered through e-mail prior to March 1st

  • Priority support if issues occur

  • Early feedback opportunities to shape the long-term program

  • If we don’t pre-sell enough for the trial, we will refund your purchase

Rules for After-Hours Access

These rules are in addition to all normal gym rules.

  1. Must Have existing Membership

    This product is an Add on to existing membership pass (does not work with Punch Passes)

  2. No tailgating.
    Members may not let in guests, friends, or anyone without 24-hour authorization.

  3. Must Complete 24hr Orientation and Waiver

  4. No sleeping or camping out.
    Light snacks are okay. No full meals.

  5. Respect the cleaning crew.
    Cleaning will occur in the mornings, please give them space.

  6. Monitoring
    The facility is monitored 24/7

  7. Security Fine
    If security must be called due to rule violations, a $200 fine plus damages will be applied.

  8. Must be over 18

FAQ

Is the gym staffed overnight?

No — 24-hour access is unstaffed from 11pm - 11am, but the facility is monitored via cameras at regular intervals.

What if there is an injury or incident?

Press the mobile Panic button to directly contact our monitoring company. They can send staff, ambulance or police.

How will I check in?

You will be issued a code specific to you

Why only at Niche?

This is our simplest facility to do the trial with. The goal is to open it up to all facilities at the end of the 6 months

Will there be cleaning happening?

Yes. Please stay clear of equipment, mops, and vacuums

Can I cancel my monthly access?

Yes — you may cancel with 30 days’ notice, but the deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

We will be able to see who is in the facility at all times so access can be revoked, and fines may apply if security must respond.

How Many members for the trial to be successful?

We need to sell about 600 months worth of memberships
