Setting up your Rock Jungle online profile
Your new member portal lets you manage your membership, update your payment details, book, and see your account any time. There's no password to remember, you log in with a quick one-time code. Here's how to get set up.
One thing to get right: sign up using the same email address or phone number you have on file with us. That's how the system recognises you and links your existing membership automatically. A different email or number will start a brand-new account instead.
Go to the member portal
Head to account.rockjungleclimbing.ca, or click Sign In / Register at the top of our website.
Enter your email or phone number
Type in the email address or phone number you have on file with us, then tap Send Verification Code. No password needed.
Enter your one-time code
We'll send a verification code to your email or phone. Pop it in and you're verified, that's your login sorted, no password to set or forget.
You're in
Your member profile opens up. From here you can manage everything about your membership in one place.
Don't see your membership yet?
No problem, it doesn't mean anything's wrong. We're connecting accounts to the new system over the next couple of weeks. If yours isn't linked when you log in, we'll get it connected, or the front desk can sort it in a few seconds next time you're in.
Making the most of your profile
A few things you can do once you're set up:
Manage your membership
View your plan, bookings and passes, and manage them any time under Memberships, Bookings & Passes.
Update your payment
Add or change the card on file yourself under Payment Methods, no need to email us.
Share your Rock Jungle ID
Your unique Rock Jungle ID lets friends and family book or make purchases for you. Find it on your main account page.
Friends & Family
Link accounts so you can manage bookings together and keep the whole crew organised.
See your orders
All your receipts and past purchases live in one place under Order History.
Check your benefits
See exactly what your membership includes, and any active discounts, under Benefits & Discounts.
